Refund policy

At DreamWorks Direct, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund policy to help resolve your concerns.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your item.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation is required.
  • Device Replacements: Devices displaying a manufacturer's defect or software fault are eligible for replacement within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items Returns will not be accepted where the product has been damaged due to misuse or overuse; returned without original packaging, price tags, labels, freebies, or accessories; has a tampered QR code; is used or altered; or where a request is initiated after 3 days of receiving the order. Defective products not covered under the seller or manufacturer's warranty are also non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Submit a refund request via our refund request form or email ecommerce@dreamworksdirect.com.
  2. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  3. Processing: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the bank account provided.

Exchanges Items that arrive defective or damaged are eligible for an exchange. Contact us immediately upon receipt so we can arrange a replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check your bank account and allow a little extra time for posting. If the issue persists, contact us at ecommerce@dreamworksdirect.com.
