DreamWorks Direct Refund/Return Policy

   At DreamWorks Direct, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund policy to help resolve your concerns.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Timeframe: You may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your item.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, invoice or proof of purchase is required to process any refund.

·         Device replacements are only open to devices that display a manufacturers defect or software issue within the FIRST 7 days of purchase.

 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • QR code is tampered with.
  • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
  • Product is used or altered
  • If a request is initiated after 3 days of receiving the order

 

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Fill in the refund request form
  2. Return Shipping: If the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and you will receive your money in the bank account provided within 7-working days.

 

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for an exchange. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank account again, refresh your bank app as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
